Joint problems such as – shoulder impingement syndrome, frozen shoulder, wrist and elbow pain. Injuries caused by running (hip, knee and foot pain). A Holistic treatment approach aimed at restoring health.

Hobbies: Travelling, reading books and spending time in nature. Volunteer with the Art of Living UK, teaching meditation and breathing workshops.
